Idea has launched a unique service for its subscribers, both prepaid and postpaid that allows them to interact with NDTV's TV channels. This service lets Idea subscribers send feedback in their own voices as well as listen to the latest news headlines. All they need to do is to dial 6388 on their mobile phone and say "FEEDBACK" or "NEWS". IDEA has launched this service in collaboration with NDTV.
